Dia de los Muertoson September 29, 2010 at 10:12 pm
Guess what! Will said stuff! And that stuff is true!
I’m part of the Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) exhibit for Phoenix Design Week!
“The Day of the Dead (Dia de los Muertos) is a holiday celebrated by many Mexican Americans that focuses on the gathering of friends and family members to pray for a remember friends and family members who have passed on. Attend this exhibit to view a collection of illustrations inspired by Dia de los Muertos which were created by the Phoenix-based illustration collective, Tiny Army.”
And for those who live in the valley and have yet to discover Tiny Army…. Here you go!
Now the show is only free from the 29th to the 1st.
Which means that I am terrible at informing the general public of basically anything. I need to blog more!
So come tomorrow (Thursday) or the 1st (Friday) and check out the piece I entered as well as the work of the other amazing members of Tiny Army!
